Welcome to Castle Eden Inn

Castle Eden Inn is historic coaching inn in a traditional English Village Setting.

The village is famous for former Castle Eden Brewery and is also mentioned in the Doomsday Book. There is a very comfortable lounge seating area, which adjoins to a fully stocked bar.

Diners are welcome to eat in the bar or lounge area or for a more formal setting dine in the very impressive restaurant. For larger parties or a more private dinning experience the Castle Eden Inn also offers a private function room which can comfortably sit up to sixty.

Castle Eden is accessible directly from the A19, situated between the Peterlee and Hartlepool junctions.
